"Kitchen fully equipped. (beyond expectations)! Great open space between kitchen, dining and living room. Everyone gathered in the movie room one evening which was one of "grandmas" wishes. Water park was an hour away which also made her so happy. The memories we created as a family, reconnecting with one another was priceless! We celebrated and 85th birthday, 80th birthday and a 50th wedding anniversary."

"DuSouth is a beautiful home! The home is stocked with everything we needed even a big pot for our seafood boil. The grandkids really enjoyed the bottom floor media room, bunk beds, pool table and having their own fridge and microwave to make their popcorn. The home is CLEAN!!! There is ample space for large families (22 of us!) The beds are comfortable and clean. We loved all the windows in the living room to watch the sunrise in the morning while we sipped our coffee. We all enjoyed the pool-good size for playing volleyball-and the hot tub was a hit! Having two dishwashers really helped us to keep the kitchen spotless the whole week. We loved how all the drawers and cabinets were labeled so we knew where to return items and keep it all organized. The big table and bar counter in the kitchen made it easy for our large family to eat all meals together. The beach access was close and easy. It is a short walk or drive. We drove a couple of the trucks to the beach to haul the chairs and beach umbrellas but it's a close enough walk that the kids could walk back to the house to use the restroom or grab a snack or just go back and swim in the pool or sit in the hot tub. The beach was clean and not too busy so we had a good spot every day. Saw lots of dolphins playing and lots of horses-even had a horse in our back yard grazing on the grass. The only draw back is the distance from town to the house if you want to do a lot of shopping or site seeing or get ice cream etc it takes time to get to and from. Overall we really enjoyed our week and feel that the owner thought of everything you would need!"

"We had a wonderful time at Du South! This is a beautiful home with an ocean view just minutes from the beach. We saw horses in our yard and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi on a daily basis. The kitchen has every utensil you could ever want and the beds were comfy! We hope to be back!"
