"This is our second consecutive year renting changes in latitude and we couldn’t be happier. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you need for the week. Tons of room to fit our four families. Easy walk to the beach each day and then hung by the pool and hot tub at night. Horses came up to our house each day."

The layout is perfect for our needs and the big fridge and ice machine on the bottom level was a bonus feature added since the last time. The welcome gift was a lovely touch and we thank the owners for sharing their home with us for our family vacation."

"The house was an amazing location. We loved the decking running to the beach from the house. The sitting area at the top of the dunes prior to walking on to the beach was great for pictures and the fridge out there helped with refreshments when walking back and forth from beach to house. The extra fridge and ice maker on the first level at the house, extremely helpful for not needing ice runs and additional space for drinks. The welcome little cooler and wine cups was a very nice welcome from the owners and very much appreciated."

"This house was fabulous! The great room was spacious with ample seating for all, so it felt like we were together even when we we doing different things. The kitchen was well stocked with more cookware, gadgets, and utensils than we could possibly need. A regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. Two dishwashers were awesome! Loved the extra refrigerator and ice maker on the lowest level. Each bedroom having access to its own full bathroom was amazing. The location was spectacular. We had horses on property almost every day. All the outdoor areas were well furnished allowing us to relax no matter where we were outside. Beautiful sunrise views over the ocean and the boardwalk made getting to the beach easy. Renting through Twiddy was amazing too. Couldn’t have asked for better service, the Twiddy agents were fabulous!"

"We loved Changes in Latitudes!!! The kitchen is extremely well appointed, each room has its own bathroom, and the views from the decks are spectacular! We saw horses each evening. The only thing we might have hoped for was a larger coffee pot - FYI - it's the circular kind of filter not cone-shaped, in case you're packing filters. The hot tub is nicely situated half under the deck and half out, which meant we got to relax in it while a little rain rolled through. You won't be disappointed by Changes in Latitudes!"

"Home was great!!! Just as advertised. We stayed with two other families and we all fit comfortably. House is little kid friendly. We fell in love with the beach. Good location far enough on the 4x4 so its less crowded. Took ~20/30 minutes of beach driving to get to the house."
