Relax in the comfortable living area, which features a gas fireplace for use during cooler times of the year. The spacious dream kitchen features dual islands with seating for 10. Additional seating is available in the dining area nearby. Duplicate appliances are perfect for all of your entertaining needs. Easily get groceries up to the kitchen on the third floor using the elevator. Outside on the deck with infinity seamless glass deck rails, enjoy your favorite beverage while soaking in the sounds and views of dolphins frolicking in the ocean waves. Outdoor relaxation is available year-round on the wraparound decking and screened porch with dual fireplace. The spacious screened porch has both a living area and a dining area.
Wake up to the sun rising over the ocean from the master bedroom on the top floor of the home. The master bedroom includes a modern and sleek bathroom. There is one additional bedroom and full bathroom on the third floor. Three additional master bedrooms can be found on the second floor, each with a private bathroom.

On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
