Inside, on the third floor, the great room features vaulted ceilings and large windows to showcase the stunning ocean view. The living area features plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing with loved ones. Across the room, the well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to whip up sunrise breakfasts or beachside BBQs, just add your groceries. Brew your morning coffee and step outside onto the deck to watch a stunning sunrise over the ocean. The nearby screened porch gives you a place to retreat to from the sun, while you can still listen to the waves lap the shore nearby. There is a private sitting area on the fourth floor of the home, perfect for curling up with a good book. In the evenings, retreat to the rec room on the ground level, which includes a foosball table for some friendly competition.
Outside, your dream vacation unfolds. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool. Soak in the hot tub under the stars. From the pool area, take a short stroll over the dune via the home’s private walkway to the beach.
The home’s five bedrooms provide cozy havens for every guest, each thoughtfully designed with coastal charm in mind. Two bedrooms are masters, each with a private bathroom and deck access. There are three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor.
When you’re ready to venture out, Downtown Duck’s charming restaurants, boutique shops, and waterfront boardwalk are just a walk or a short bike ride away, as is the relaxing coastal community setting.
