Breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and sunsets on the Currituck Sound are all yours at “Laughing Dolphin!” This stunning home’s unique location allows for unobstructed views of both the sunrise and the sunset. Located in Pine Island directly across from the Audubon Sanctuary, you can relax and look for dolphins frolicking in the ocean or watch local wildlife in their natural habitat.
The top level of the home features a spacious great room with floor to ceiling windows that allow light and panoramic ocean and sound views into the room. Relax in the living area and catch up with family and friends after a day in the sun. A gas fireplace is available for use in the living area during cooler months. The nearby kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals during your stay, and there is ample counter space for meal preparation with a backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean. Two dishwashers make cleanup a breeze. A dining area with sound views is available for everyone to eat together. A nearby breakfast bar and smaller table just off the kitchen are also available for quick meals on the go. Step out onto the decks to enjoy a beverage or snack with an ocean or sound view. A half bathroom is included on the top level for convenience.
The middle level of the home features three master bedrooms, each with a private attached bathroom. Two of the master bedrooms each have private deck access and a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. A study on the middle floor allows for a quiet place to work or relax with a good book.
The ground level of the home features three more bedrooms, and two of the bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom nearby. The rec room with pool table will provide many evenings of fun. The nearby kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave keeps snacks and cold drinks handy for breaks in play. Step outside and make a splash in the private pool or lounge in the sunshine. A private walkway to the beach is accessible from the pool area for more fun in the sun and sand. After the sun sets for the evening, take a dip in the hot tub and gaze at the stars in the dark night sky. “Laughing Dolphin” has all that you need and more for an unforgettable OBX vacation!
