Palmer’s Island is located on the most narrow section of the northern Outer Banks, which offers privacy and relaxation away from the crowds. Adding to the private setting of the property, a 150-foot oceanfront gives guests a wide-open beach space. Just a short stroll from the home, a private dock on the sound allows guests staying exclusively in the Palmer’s Island community a chance to get up close and personal with the Currituck Sound.
Step into the home to experience seaside luxury at its finest. Four of the twelve master bedrooms are suites, three on the south side of the home and one facing the sound, each with deck access and lavish features. The sound side master suite has a large adjoining private deck, perfect for catching spectacular sunsets. The additional eight bedrooms are all masters, each including a private bathroom. Ten of the bedrooms have king beds, while the remaining two bedrooms each feature two bunk sets to make the little ones happy.
The spacious great room allows guests to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views while preparing meals in the kitchen, eating in the dining area, or simply relaxing in the living area. The parlor, which includes a bar and opens to a wrap-around deck, is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise over the ocean or an evening beverage with the sunset on the sound. A den on the middle level and a rec room with a pool table on the bottom level, both with wrap around-deck access, give guests a place to gather with panoramic water views as a backdrop. Screen the latest movies for the family in the theatre room on the bottom level. Take a break from the beach to hang out in the poolside cabana, or relax and unwind in one of two hot tubs.
An impressive game area is provided underneath the home, ensuring that even on the rainiest of days you won't miss out on a moment of fun. Mini-golf, giant tic-tac-toe, shuffleboard, corn hole, horseshoes, and ping pong are available for your family to enjoy in this covered outdoor recreation zone. An elevator that arrives to the top floor just off of the kitchen makes unloading groceries a breeze. The convenient amenities continue with laundry facilities on each floor of the home.
