The living area is comfortably furnished, offering the opportunity to watch TV or to simply spend time catching up with loved ones. A fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. The family chef will love preparing meals in the spacious kitchen, which features higher end stainless steel appliances, two ovens, wine fridge, and granite countertops. Kitchen countertop seating allows for a quick meal on the go, as well as a seat for any little ones that wish to help with meal preparation. The dining table nearby offers views of the ocean while you enjoy your meal. Step outside onto the spacious screened porch to dine alfresco, or to relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture with an afternoon beverage. The ocean-facing sun deck is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee and listen to the waves roll in. There is one master bedroom with views of the ocean on the third floor, which includes a beautiful bathroom with heated floor and a soaking tub. A half bathroom completes the upper level of the home.
There are three additional master bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms includes doors that open to the ocean facing wrap-around porch as well as a luxurious soaking tub. There is a den on the middle floor, which includes a TV as well as a wet bar with refrigerator and keurig. For those who need to check in with school or work, there is an office adjoined to the den on the second level.
The final master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the home and includes a private bathroom and heated floors in the corridor right outside of the bedroom. The remainder of the ground floor was designed for kicking back. Hang out and shoot the breeze at the bar, which includes a refrigerator, refrigerator drawer, wine fridge, and microwave. The comfortable sofa and TV over the fireplace nearby make this room the perfect retreat for watching the big game.
Venture outside for some fun in the sun. Play all day in the private pool. A portion of the patio is covered for those who prefer the shade. After nightfall, head outside to the hot tub for a restorative soak while gazing up at the stars in the dark sky.
