The large wrap around deck features a generously sized oceanfront section, with multiple seating options and partially covered to provide protection from the sun. There is a private walkway from the home to the beach, as well as a fish cleaning station for prepping your fresh catch.
The top level of the home features two master bedrooms, each with a private attached bathroom. The middle level of the home is the main living floor, with a cozy living area, dining area, kitchen, and deck access. There is an additional master bedroom on the middle level, which includes a private full bathroom. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor of the home.
At the entrance to the Snow Geese community, there is a wide biking and walking path on Duck Road that leads directly into the town of Duck. The town of Duck features a mile-long soundside boardwalk, perfect for walking, running, and enjoying the wild birds and native flora of the Outer Banks. In addition, there is community access to the Currituck Sound across the street from the subdivision entrance, which is perfect for catching an unforgettable sunset. The sound access features a deck with benches, kayak storage, and stairs to the water for kayak launch or swimming. “Windgancon by the Sea” allows your family to enjoy the solitude of the oceanfront in a location close to all that the town of Duck has to offer!
