On the top level of the home, the great room features many ocean-facing windows to allow the beautiful view to fill the room. Catch up with loved ones in the comfortable living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, just stock groceries. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the nearby dining area. The wet bar and coffee bar with a beverage refrigerator allows convenient access to beverages. Make your morning coffee and head outside onto the deck to watch a beautiful Outer Banks sunrise over the ocean. There is plenty of room on the deck for your entire group to relax, either in the sunshine or under the covered area. Two dishwashers are helpful when cleaning up after big family dinners. Getting groceries and luggage from the ground floor up to the second and third levels is made easier by using the elevator. There are two master bedrooms on the third floor of the home, each with a private bathroom. A half bathroom can also be found on the top floor.
Five additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are located on the second floor of the home. Two of the master bedrooms have access to the covered deck. Take family movie night to a new level in the theatre room. The den includes two arcade game and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, so snacks and cold drinks can always be found. Two coffee bars with a beverage refrigerator ensure that there won’t be a long wait for everyone to get their morning caffeine fix. The laundry room is also available on the middle level of the home. Entry to the home, as well as the elevator, are located on the ground floor.
Outside, fun in the sun will be on your agenda. Take a dip in the refreshing salt water pool, or enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. The private walkway to the beach is just across the pool area. When you’re ready for a break from the water, there is an outdoor game area that includes a pool table, basketball game, putting green, shuffleboard, ping pong, and corn hole. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, the poolside cabana is equipped with a wet bar, TV, grilling area, and a half bathroom for convenience.
Located on a quiet street in Southern Shores, the home is convenient to shopping, dining, and attractions in both Duck and Kitty Hawk. Make vacation memories while taking a “Beach Break” with your family in this lovely oceanfront home!
