Great vacation home! Beautifully decorated, clean, and awesome amenities! Our group of 7 adults and 7 children had plenty of room and the bedroom situation worked out perfectly! Bathrooms attached to almost all of the bedrooms was a wonderful asset. We all loved the pool area, Tiki bar, and game room. We didn't even need the beach! The beach was about a 3 minute walk, so we would drive all of our beach supplies to the beach entrance and then one person drive the car home and walk to the beach. Not optimal, but clearly advertised that we were not beach front and priced appropriately. We were not disappointed, still very close to the beach if going for a walk or just bringing a beach chair, blanket, and good book! We would 100% stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic. Plenty of space for the 14 of us to spread out. The yard space was great for outdoor games. We put up a badminton set, corn hole set and Kan Kam. Kids and adults had a blast. Short walk to the beach was perfect. Pool area is in great shape and lots of shade. We highly recommend this home, it was a great vacation. Thanks!

Perfect for 20 family members ranging from 18 months to 98 years old. Close to the beach and did not have to cross busy road to get to the 2 options for beaches, one with life guards. Pool and game room was a plus when children were napping and around dinner time. Condition of the home was excellent, comfortable and attractive. The dining room table seated 14 with small table near and picnic table on the deck. We really enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

This home was perfect for our family of 17 with ages from 10 to 70. The layout was great and the teens had fun in the game room without disturbing sleeping adults. The walk to the beach was less than expected. We actually counted only 500 steps from door to beach! The path makes it super easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Shore to please checked all our vacation need/want requirements and then some. Convienient walk to a private beach. Home had lots of privacy! Pool area/tiki bar was amazing. Kids swam in the pool all day and enjoyed lunch at the tiki bar. Great place for adults to gather in the evenings. Lots of space for everyone to lounge in the living room and plenty of seating for meals. Bedrooms were spacious and well decorated with comfortable beds.

Shore to Please was a great home for our family of 18! The home is very well maintained and decorated beautifully. The pool area was perfect and the big back yard came in handy for games and our Family Olympics! Arcade game and pool table were also a hit with the kids...and adults.

Overall a great location and home layout, but home was needing some general upkeep repairs at the time of our stay. We had need to make several maintenance requests, unfortunately, but got excellent response from Twiddy. The yard was pleasant, with a pair of foxes and doe and fawn making visits. Hedges made for good privacy and lots of songbirds. Easy and traffic-free route to beach.

Really liked this home. The house was in a great location as our group wanted to be closer to Nags Head. The amenities were enough for our group and glad chose it! A great price for the house and location.

We just reserved this property for a week in August. What is that building just next door (to the right as you look at the house)? It appears to be a commercial structure.
Thank you for your inquiry, Janet! The building located next to A137 is a commercial building for a local cable company. It serves as a switchboard station and does not have a lot of coming and going traffic.

A137 shore to please is there a way to get to the beach access without going to the main road? it looks like there may be a walkway in the corner of the backyard which leads to a walkway to the next street, which can lead to a beach access but not sure
Great question, Jeff! Yes, there is a sand path/walkway behind A137 that takes to you Ocean Boulevard. From Ocean Boulevard, you can walk north or south to one of the public beach access. You can also use your Southern Shores community parking pass to park at one of the beach accesses located on E. Dogwood, Chicahauk, or Hillcrest.
