My only complaint is that i had to drive to the realty office for a full propane tank for the grill my first day there- would have been nice if they just switched a new tank out or left an extra."

"The outside area by the pool is clutch! Great design as it works for both adults and kids. Grill, shade, fridge, TV, right next to the pool and hot tub. The location of the home is awesome. Nice little surf break out front and a very quiet beach. We also loved the two level design. We spent nights looking at the stars on the back deck. Beautiful."

"The layout of the First Light was beautiful, as well as the chosen decor. The home was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was expansive which allowed for many hands to help with the preparation of meals. We loved the area, the solitude, and the privacy that provided time for our families to relax and spend time together. Our goal was to find peace and relaxation and the First Light did not let us down!"

"We stayed in First Light last week. The house was beautiful. We were a multi generational group of 10 people and the house suited everyone. Plenty of gathering space yet nooks and crannies to escape to if anyone wanted some down time. We had a small maintenance issue that Twiddy was right on top of! A great rental experience!"

All great but would be nice to have a place where people can leave beach toys etc for others to use instead of anything left being discarded .. most other houses have a cupboard with boogie boards and sand toys etc so always something for folks who travel from a long way and no room to bring.."

"It's obvious this is a newer home and it seems that the renters are taking good care of the house when in use. Great view of the ocean and the cleaning company does a FANTASTIC job! you can rent a brand new home or an older one...but a CLEAN home is key. A very beautiful property!"
"First Light was an amazing home. Plenty of room for our family of 10 adults and 4 young children. Loved that so many rooms offered king beds which is sometimes hard to find. Great family room, wonderful pool, huge fully stocked kitchen…and right on the beach. Just beautiful!"

"Beautiful home and decorations! Only suggestions : We had a bit of time to figure out all the electronics and the house speakers. Suggest a laminated direction to the many wonderful options. Same on elevator (we did not use). We had several people come up the beach walk way stairs since the public one is right next to the house. Suggest a "private access" sign. Finally, we did not know the house had beach chairs, but they were wonderful (maybe a note on that :) Very well done and thought of home. Congrats!"
