“Daze Like These” brings together ocean views, room to spread out, and an enviable Southern Shores location for an amazing Outer Banks getaway! This 6,800-square-foot home offers plenty of space on the upper and lower levels to keep everyone busy with endless activities.
From its many covered decks, you can settle into the shade with a morning coffee, watch the waves roll in, or gather outside after a day at the beach. Beach access is just across the street, one house to the north, making it easy to come and go throughout the day.
Inside, the top floor is designed for gathering, with an ocean-view great room, living area with an 85-inch TV, and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, two ovens, two dishwashers, island bar seating, and a dining area with a banquet table. Two sitting areas and an office nook offer plenty of options for conversation, reading, or catching up on work. Downstairs, the fun shifts into high gear with a theater room featuring a 100-inch TV and a rec room packed with a pool table, arcade games, foosball, air hockey, and a wet bar with an ice maker. The home also includes a gym with a dry sauna, a kids’ playroom, and an extra refrigerator in the laundry room.
Outside, the private pool and hot tub are perfect for slowing down between beach trips, while the putting green and basketball goal invite a little friendly competition. Kids can burn off energy outside while adults relax on the covered decks, or the whole family can regroup by the pool before dinner. There is an outdoor bar area to relax at, enjoy a meal or refreshing drink.
Seven bedrooms offer comfortable retreats, each with a private ensuite bathroom and deck access. An elevator makes getting between floors convenient, especially with everyone’s beach gear in tow.
