"Great location. The cottage was perfect for the whole family (four couples and six kids). It is an older cottage that has been cared for and updated. Beds were comfortable. Loved being right by Jennette’s Pier, Sam and Omie’s, Cahoon’s, Dune Burger (hamburgers (made using freshly ground beef) all an easy walk. The older kids enjoyed walking to 7-11 and Taco Bell. Heated pool provided hours of enjoyment, not to mention the ocean! Theater area was nice, pool table, foosball, big tvs everywhere!"
"This home checked every box for our group of friends. The elevator was extremely important, as half of us are over 60. House was clean and in good condition. Kitchen is well equipped. Several members were in love with the media room. Location is convenient to all of our favorite restaurants. Plenty to see with surfers, dolphins and pier activity. Would definitely rent again :)"

"Large comfortable bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Also grateful for the elevator. It made loading and unloading luggage and food much easier. One in our party had mobility issues so this was most helpful for her. Location was perfect."
"The home was awesome! We had a great stay this week at The Gem. It has the best views of the ocean and Jennette's Pier, much of our time was spent relaxing on the back porch. We also loved the location, it's so close many restaurants and shops. Hope we come back again!"
