Step into the great room on the third floor to be instantly captivated by the soaring ceilings, coastal decor, and an entire wall that opens up via accordion-style glass doors to reveal the molten horizon of the Atlantic. The indoor living area adjoins the outdoor living space, allowing the ocean breeze and sound of the waves to fill the great room. It’s tailor-made for gathering, relaxing, or simply letting the ocean lull you into serenity. The living area provides an ideal place for watching TV, reading, or casual conversation, tucked neatly beside the view. A gas fireplace is available to keep the room cozy during the cooler months. The cooks in your group will love the dreamy kitchen, which includes two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space, ideal for whipping up anything from seaside breakfasts to celebratory feasts. Right next to it, the dining area features a custom-built 20-foot Bubinga wood table, where the whole crew can linger over meals, laughter, and stories. Also on this floor is a sitting area, a tranquil lounge with bench seating, perfect for a peaceful chat or a moment to enjoy a quick snack.
On the middle floor, a sitting area with a TV and a wet bar can serve as a second living area or a great place to play a hand of cards. Downstairs, take movie night to an epic new level in the theater room. Just beyond, the spacious rec room offers a pool table, TV, arcade game, and a kitchenette with a fridge, making it great for low-key afternoons, game tournaments, or late-night snacks. For ease of access, there’s even a convenient elevator that connects every floor.
Outside is where the magic truly sparkles. The private pool invites you to swim, float, and bask in coastal sunshine, as the pool includes a tanning ledge and a tiki bar nearby. In the evenings, wind down with a soak the bubbling hot tub.
