You’ll be whisked away by “Summer Winds” in Nags Head, an eleven-bedroom home located directly on the oceanfront! The historic Nags Head style can be seen throughout the home, inside and out, providing a sense of comfort and classic Outer Banks. Ideally located, you’re a short drive from fabulous restaurants and Jockey’s Ridge State Park.
Level three was designed with family in mind; the great room is spacious and comfortably furnished, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Relax with loved ones and watch a movie or gaze out at the waves rolling in. Cooking for a crowd is made seamless in the well-appointed kitchen, decked out with two refrigerators, two cooktops, two ovens, two dishwashers, a wet bar, and plentiful counter space for meal prep. Gather all together for a meal in the dining room, which features three dining tables and a stunning view of the ocean. It’s a great setup for a seafood boil or other family-style dinners. Outside, there is plenty of deck space to enjoy a drink while breathing in the salty air. Three master bedrooms can be found on level three, each with a private bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the top level of the home.
Level two features five additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. In the rec room, you’ll enjoy family fun over a game of pool or foosball. There is also a table available for putting a puzzle together or playing a hand of cards. Stock the nearby wet bar so cold drinks and snacks can be readily available. Laundry facilities can also be found on the second floor of the home.
On the ground floor, there is one more master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom between them. The rest of the bottom level was designed with entertainment in mind. The theater room provides a fun place for everyone to gather for an epic movie night. Staying fit while on vacation comes easily as this home features an exercise room. A half bathroom that also opens to the pool area completes the first floor.
Outside, fun in the sun is in store for your family. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool, which is located on the level two deck. After dark, cozy up in the hot tub under the stars. From the pool area, take a stroll down the private walkway to the beach. Stop and sit on the dune deck to enjoy the ocean breeze, or continue down the steps to get your toes in the sand.
