"The view was amazing and the gathering area for a group was awesome."
"The house is beautiful. It has everything a family would need for a fun filled vacation. Everyone had their own bedroom with bathroom. The game and movie rooms were a plus. The pool with cabana and hot tub made outside activities a treat. The well stocked kitchen and open living room was big enough that everyone could be in them at once and you didn’t feel like you were on top of one another. The many balconies provided family space and alone peaceful space. The ocean views were amazing. The elevator was a unique experience with watching the painted jungle theme as you went floor to floor. There were some minor issues with one being the jetted tub on the 2nd floor did leak through to the bottom floor but, Twiddy responded in a timely fashion with every issue. They may not have been able to solve the issues right away but, over all we loved this house and had an amazing vacation. We would definitely recommend this house and hopefully one year we will be able to rent it again."

"We loved that the home had so many suites, with that many families it was nice that they all had their own bathrooms and space. The kitchen was nice to cook in with so many stoves, ovens and refrigerators there could not be to many cooks in the kitchen. All the decks and outdoor seating were perfect places for everyone to relax and take in all the views. Between the game room, movie theater, pool, hot tub, and beach there was plenty for all to do, no one ever felt crowded. Twiddy was very responsive with every issue that arose in the home during our stay. We had our wedding there at the home and it was perfect enough room for everyone, ceremony on the beach, dinner and dancing, and relaxing on the decks and around the pool. Very nice home, with lots of room and amenities all around, never wanted to leave!"

"Size, multiple appliances, beach front & pool were our favorite things about the house. Love the full refrigerator in the game room. Great to have multiple washer & dryers The A/C went out on one floor and Twiddy had window units in place the same day. Way to go!! Love the resin chairs on patio! Elevator was a hit for older family members!"
"It's a great house. Plenty of rooms, pool is a good size, easy access to the beach. We like the KDH location. The house just needs some TLC here and there as probably most rentals do. I wouldn't think anyone would be disappointed other than some fixes here and there. Overall it gets a big thumbs up."
"Another great week in the books and I appreciate how well TwiddyCo keeps us informed. However, the air conditioning on the bottom floor never was fixed very well. We did call a couple of times and was told they were on the way. Might want to contact your maintenance folks."
"This is a beautiful home and our favorite of 7 years so far. Had all the amenities we look for and we heated the pool to get better use of it. We used the cabana for my grandsons birthday party. I do wish there was more pots, pans, skillets, platters, bowls etc. There were 20 people here and we never had enough. We would consider staying here again, but we love exploring our options!"
