"Third floor was perfect for inviting nearby family to join us for dinner. Loved the comfy and tastefully upholstered furniture. Plenty of lovely glassware for serving cocktails from the wet bar. The primary bedroom’s whirlpool bath was a luxurious addition to this mom’s vacation experience! Bottom floor accommodated gaming sessions for our three adult sons and their cousins. My husband and sons also enjoyed their evening soaks in the hot tub. A truly magical holiday week. Thanks to Twiddy for helping us figure out how to operate the gas fireplaces! Felt a little silly for requiring a house call for something so simple, but grateful for the super quick response to our need. Also grateful for the Christmas tree! A nice touch that made us feel cared about."
Thanks so much for taking the survey and enjoying our beach house. It’s the first time we rented in winter,so we will make user notes for the fireplaces like we did for the TVs. We had just added the granite in kitchen this fall. We just bought two lamps for upstairs and a table and lamp for the game room. We hope you will stay again, maybe enjoy the close to beach access and greqt views this summer.

Reading my surveys from this summer and wanted to respond about your comment about sand spurs. They come from empty lot next door. We tried mowing our side of their lot and got slapped with a “ no trespassing “sign. We have done everything we can to alleviate them, but the wind carries them.

"The house was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family. We had a couple in the group with bad knees and the elevator stopped working which was unfortunate. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Check in was seamless. I usually rent through Airbnb and was a little nervous about renting from someone I hadn’t heard of before but it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this home and Twiddy. Oh, the baby gates were great as well!"
