"As my husband just said, "What's NOT to compliment?" Mattresses - 10/10! The pool area is amazing! We loved the size and features. We also spent a lot of time at the bar area/cabana and our people loved hanging out there. We loved having a keg-o-rator there. That house is huge and we needed a LOT of beer. The main kitchen and dining area is a showstopper. We all commented about how beautiful the chandeliers are. Loved TVs in so many locations (NBA finals are on, you know . . .) I love that there is a laundry area on every floor with two washers and dryers. We were once in a 24-bedroom home that had ONLY two of each. Industrial refrigerators, pantry area, ice machines, and catering kitchen were complimented on by all of us. Having the separate pantry helped us keep the kitchen counters from looking cluttered and messy. The ice machines kept our drinks and coolers full. This may be random but I could not believe the towels - they were so plush and nice! Lots of people talked about them! The parking was also great. We had plenty of parking for a million cars. We loved having a gym with so many pieces of equipment."

"This home was absolutely stunning. The home was extremely spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of. The owners and designers did not miss any detail in this home. Everything was very thought out. Great bars on 2nd and 3rd floors. We enjoyed shooting pool each evening. While the kids loved the arcade and theater room. I loved that there was washer and dryers on each floor and fully stock kitchenette. Made life so much easier for each family. Carrying laundry baskets to the bottom floor was always something us moms dreaded each year in prior beach houses. The outdoor space was also amazing. Only recommendation would be to bring a pop up tent for shade by the pool. We had 2 small babies and no shade by the pool except for the bar area. The beach access was just a short walk away with great seating on the dunes. Perfect to watch sunrise or sunsets. We love this house so much we have already booked for same week next year."
"Loved the Dining/Great Room. Plenty of room for everyone to eat and congregate together. Having Laundry on each floor is a real plus! The theatre room, exercise room and gaming areas were all used a lot and enjoyed. Having lounge/seating areas on each floor was really nice for people to have intimate conversations even when lots was going on around them. Having almost every room with its own bathroom is the key to a successful week. The pool deck is nice and big enough to enjoy the sun. The pool is a good size. The kiddy end is great for our families. The soaking pool got lots of use. Two hot tubs side by side were often full at night. The cabana for those who want to get out of the sun or catch a bite was great. The decks and deck chairs are great to soak up some sun and to keep our eyes on all the activity poolside and the beauty of the water. The 2nd level deck was often used by those who wanted to have some shade but still be in the mix. The Look Out Deck with seating was great for watching sunrises, observing beach goers, and congregating with friends and family. The walkway and steps to the beach gave access to all but the most immobile. The coffee bars and bars throughout the house got lots of use. Last but not least the Kitchen and Butler’s Kitchen were great space to cook meals for over 70 people every night. Having so many garbage pull outs and dishwashers helped with cleanup. The long islands were great for prep and serving."
"Seating in the kitchen was amazing. Having 4 dishwashers right there made cleanup after meals easy. The pool off the 2nd floor was a big plus and the spa pool was amazing."

"This home was absolutely beautiful and so spacious for our large college and young adult church group that stayed here. We had 86 people and it slept everyone perfectly! We would definitely love coming back here again some time! The large kitchen and living room space was also great for our large group, with everyone being in there at the same time. Highly recommend this place for any large groups!"
