"The house was spacious and accommodated our big family very well. Our favorite features were the bedrooms with King + twin beds for parents of younger kids, the elevator for heavier gear, and the large table and bar with many seats- for the first time in 13 years we were all able to eat dinner at the same time."

"This was our second year in this house! Everything was great. We noticed the upgrades in the house as well. We also rebooked for next year already too. We did have an accident in the bottom bedroom right before we got there. But Twiddy did fix it the same day we arrived. One suggestion we would like to make is the dune steps a couple of the boards seem to be warping, also on the top deck there were a few boards that were loose and nails sticking up. The hot tub buttons as well were hard to press to turn on the jets, or turn the temperature down. Other then those couple of things Seas and Quackers is one of the best houses that fits all of your needs. We can’t wait to come back next year and make more memories. 💜"

"Large home right on the beach and close to Duck shops and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Our second stay here since it accommodates so many people and has an elevator that can assist aging family and friends. Also has a nice pool."

"Our trip started out with a water leak in one of the bedrooms. But Twiddy kept us up to date and kept checking in with us until the situation was taken care of. The game on the bottom floor didn’t work. But the house and location was amazing! We have already reserved the house for next year. The elevator was one of the best we’ve had in all the years coming down to the OBX. The dune deck and steps to the beach were perfect for our family. The pool area was perfect too. Much bigger than our other house we’ve had. The upper deck did have a few boards loose and the railing on the top deck was a little loose. The house had a lot of space and the teenagers had a blast in the theater room and pool table area. We also loved the pictures of the family around the house. It made it feel more homey. Thank you Seas and Quackers for another amazing family vacation on the OBX! Also thank you to Twiddy for fixing the water leak so quick! Can’t wait to see you in 2024!"

"Amazing vacation home!!!! We had an amazing time at Seas & Quackers. There was plenty of space since we only had a group of 10. The location was perfect, only steps to get on the beach! The house was well stocked with plates and utensils. We loved having all the extra refrigerator space! The middle floor was great for evenings. We brought our video game consoles and were easily able to connect them to the TV. The kids loved the theater room and it was very easy to log in to your personal accounts and use! Our only complaint was that the pool had quite a bit of sand in it when we arrived and it was never cleaned. We had cooler weather, so the pool itself was a bit chilly, but we still got use out of it. Overall, a great place to vacation in Duck!"

"The house was incredibly well equipped in the kitchen, plentiful bath towels, so many spaces to relax, amazing location and access to the beach, website and pictures were mostly accurate. Would be nice to have the number of chairs accurately accounted for, the agent confirmed 5 there were actually 12, which is great, except we hauled chairs we didn't need to. The only thing missing from this home is a pool heater, was much too cold to use the pool the end of May/ early June."

"This is our second year staying at Seas & Quackers. This remains a great home with an ideal layout for a large family reunion and a very well stocked kitchen. Some wear and tear is understandably starting to show and it could use some updates, especially to the outdoor furniture and appliances, but overall this house is still a great value for all it has to offer!"

"The home was exactly what we were looking for. There was 22 of us and there was plenty of space and room to barely see each other if we wished. Plenty of room for us all to eat together as well as play games. A lot of extras were provided such as laundry baskets, pool toys, NICE beach chairs, stocked kitchen with every extra you could think of to include 2 dishwashers! Will definitely book again if there is ever that many of us!"

"Great house and location! Washing machine wasn't working for entire week. Tvs need instructions on what remote to use to turn on in each room. Maybe place directions in a picture frame and leave in each room like was done in great room for password to internet. This might save Twiddy from having to send out a tech every week to explain how everything works! Will definitely rent again !!!"

"Our family has come to the OBX for the past 20 years and this summer staying at Seas and Quackers was in the top 3 homes we have stayed in. The walk to the beach is so short and from the top deck you have a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. The house was in great shape and the bedrooms were large with plenty of space. Parking (which can always be an issue for us) was no problem at all...plenty of parking space. Ice makers in all fridges worked well which is another issue we run into. Overall a great week! Would definitely stay again!!"

"Seas and Quackers was the perfect choice for our multi-generational family vacation. We took advantage of all the house's amenities, including multiple family rooms, 3 full size refrigerators, pool table, and theatre room. The home is very spacious, furniture was in good condition, kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and updates have been made such as new televisions. The location right on the water cannot be beat. Having the community beach entrance directly next to the house made the beach a bit crowded, but it was manageable and we plan to return!"

"Very nice home, amenities were great. Only negative was there were no outside stairs from the top deck to the pool level."
