These enhancements build upon the extensive 2025 renovations, which included a completely remodeled powder room, new kitchen flooring, and upgraded vanities and fixtures in the mid-level bathrooms. With new headboards in the twin rooms and plush throw rugs throughout, every detail has been curated for your comfort.

Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at “Mallard Cottage Too” in Duck! This traditional Outer Banks beach house is located close to charming Duck Village, for convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The community pool and tennis court are ideally located less than 200 feet from the home. Walk to the beach for a fun-filled day, or walk to the sound to watch a beautiful sunset, or go fishing or crabbing. The home is equipped with a fish cleaning station for cleaning your fresh catch.
On the top level of the home, the great room’s layout is spacious and family-friendly. Featuring comfortable furnishings, the living area is the perfect place to kick back and relax after a day at the beach. In the evenings or on a rainy day, the game closet is stocked with options for family fun. The attractive kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, from casual breakfasts to seafood dinners. The home’s elevator makes it easy to get groceries and luggage from the ground floor to the upper two levels. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Enjoy meals together in the nearby dining area. The home’s open decks allow you to choose whether to relax in the sunshine or under the covered deck in the shade.
Rest and recharge in the modern coastal bedrooms and bathrooms. There is one ensuite bedroom on the top level, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also available on the third floor. The other ensuite bedroom is on the second floor and includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. There are two remaining bedrooms and one full bathroom on the middle floor. The den on the middle level serves as an additional place to relax. Laundry facilities are available on the home's ground floor.
