The ground level offers a utopia for the young, and young at heart, with a media room, pool table, wet bar, refrigerator and microwave, plus a master bedroom with handicap-friendly features and roll-in shower. Outdoors, one can find amenities such as a private pool and hot tub. The mid-level includes a total of 6 bedrooms and a den with a desk for a home office. The six bedrooms include three king master bedroom suites with oceanside deck access, a queen master suite with oceanside deck access, a bedroom with a DBS with deck access, and a bedroom with 2 duo bunks with a bathroom (with access to hall).
Enjoy expansive ocean views from the third level of this home, which also features vaulted ceilings, skylights, as well as a gourmet kitchen with two sinks and dishwashers, gas stove and kitchen island. An added bonus is the spacious master bedroom suite with extra-large shower and deck access. At "Beau Soleil", you can rest assured, a classic beach vacation awaits you and your family!

"This oceanfront home was gorgeous. The view from the top floor and bedrooms is gorgeous. The love the owners have for this home is showing. The kitchen was designed with multiple work areas and stocked with everything anyone could ask for. The bedrooms were large, and the beds were brand new comfortable. Decorations were simple and tasteful. The photos on the website did not reflect the upgrades, so we were delighted to see the bright white paint, wood floors, and new furniture. There is still some work being done, but it did not interfere with our enjoyment. The pool and hot tub were terrific. The home is stocked with board games and puzzles for days when you don’t go to the beach. The TVs had streaming options we had not had in other homes. We are very thankful we had this home for our families to share."
