Such as a mixer, blender, coffee grinder, more bowls and dishes for serving, cooking or snacking. The media room is a wonderful place to relax without having to run to the kitchen for ice, with its own mini–ice maker. Anyone renting this home would be very surprised at the level of comfort provided."

"All was nice. The labels for lights and kitchenware were helpful. The dining room light would not turn on. The door to deck from the study would not lock (Twiddy Maintenance came quickly). Nicely furnished, quality kitchenware. Nice to have keyless entry on the front door. Loft area is nice for reading. Nice to have the hot tub on top level off the master bedroom. Quality decking chairs. Enjoyed the hammock and swing. Very quiet."
"This house was a pleasant surprise. About half of what we typically spend to rent in the OBX but it was a great house. Very nice layout with a huge great room connecting the kitchen and dining areas. The view and sunsets were beautiful. The only suggestion I would have is to add a heater to the pool."

"A Sound View was a wonderful home to accommodate three generations. Tons of indoor space, wonderful kitchen amenities, great outdoor space between decks, pool, hot tub, hammock, dock. Kids loved fishing and crabbing every day. Having private parking near beach access was terrific and very convenient. Would certainly stay here again."

"We were blown away when we walked into this beautiful home. the sweeping stairway adds true elegance. The game room and theater rooms were enjoyed. The kitchen was more than well equipped, but best part is the view, on the good days you couldn't ask for a more beautiful sunset view. Almost everything was perfect, our only complaint, (the only reason I cannot give 5 stars) some of the TV's were not hooked up to cable, and to some this was is a problem, I am hoping to enjoy this home again!"
"We loved everything about this home. The kitchen is the most fully-stocked kitchen I've ever rented! Plenty of kitchen tools, plates, pots, etc. The views are gorgeous, the pool is large and deep. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but the home has two parking spots close to the beach, so it's easy to drive there. Overall, a great place!"
"This was our second time staying at “A Sound View”. We love being on the sound, having an amazing view of the water and sunsets. The two parking spots reserved for the house right next to beach access is very convenient. We had one minor repair request that Twiddy addressed very quickly! The house is big enough to give everyone room to spread between the living area, media room, library and game room in garage. We love this house and hope to return in the future."
"Great house for a group of four families! Had pretty much everything we could need, loved the ice maker machines! Pool was one of the largest we have had on our 12+ years of going to OBX. And seriously, the sunsets are the best! You can also rent SUP just about a block away."
