Welcome to “Sea Croft”, The perfect getaway for your family vacation! Nestled in the Sea Ridge community of Duck, you’ll be able to enjoy beautiful ocean views as this charming home is just one lot back from the beach. Enjoy the convenience and central location of a short drive to the restaurants and shopping in Duck!
The top-level features one master bedroom, attached with a private bathroom. Start your morning off right with the private deck! There are two additional bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom.
The middle level offers more picturesque views of the pristine shorelines and salty breezes. The spacious great room has comfortable furnishings and is the perfect opportunity to entertain or connect with loved ones. Adjacent, the kitchen is equipped for preparing family-favorite meals. While the dining area sets the scene for laughter and conversation. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck or kick back and relax as the sun sets over the horizon. The middle level hosts a second master bedroom, attached with a private bathroom. There is an additional bedroom and a full bathroom. There is also a convenient laundry area.
The ground floor is perfect for grilling mouthwatering meals and dining at the picnic table. Enjoy the close beach access for beachcombing and a splash in the ocean or lounge at the Sea Ridge community pool.

"This is a wonderful home, the only drawback was the master bed was uncomfortable and we didn't get the best sleep because of this. However listening to the ocean waves at night was heavenly. The other rooms were comfortable. The location is awesome, the beach access is directly across the road, great beach views, kitchen was well stocked, comfortable living room, liked the decks and lounge chairs. Nice neighborhood, we liked how we could park under the house in the driveway, loved the window at the kitchen sink, could hear the ocean and birds. Thank you!"
