The community beach access is just a few houses away. Classic beach decor combined with modern amenities makes for a great vacation in this oceanside home.
On the top floor of the home, you will find an open great room that is perfect for spending time with loved ones. Relax in the living area and watch a movie on TV. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Choose to enjoy meals in the dining area or outside in the screened porch nearby. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes a bathroom.
On the second floor, you’ll find a mixture of shared space and sleeping quarters. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom are also available. The spacious rec room will surely be the coolest place to hang out after dark. Choose to play at the pool table or the foosball table, or simply hang out and watch all of the action. A wet bar is included so cold drinks and snacks can be readily available.
Outside, make a splash in the private pool. The pool area is surrounded by live oak trees, which offers additional privacy. At the end of the day, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub before bed. A half bathroom and laundry facilities are conveniently located on the ground floor of the home. Take advantage of all that this OBX home “By the Sea” has to offer!
