"This home is beautiful, clean, and has a great layout. Well stocked kitchen area with good amount of seating. Two full size fridges was nice. The bottom level has a nice pool table, tv, and board games to appease various ages. The decks overlook a nice sized pool and us adults especially enjoyed the benches in the pool. The upstairs has a loft nook tv area which was great for kids. Short walk to the beach, but if you pickup the parking permit pass, you can park a vehicle in the culdesac to enter the beach. Quiet street and sunset views from the deck. We are counting down the days to next year. Great rental, just book it!"
"We enjoyed the natural light and vaulted ceilings, making the main living area feel spacious and cheerful. The bathrooms were very clean, including floors and showers. The whole family enjoyed the pool table, and the washer/dryer is always a "must" for us on vacation."

The addition to the downstairs is perfect for hanging out( I stayed here years ago before the addition). The pool and hot tub are my favorite things about this house. "Our small group of adults (celebrating my 59th birthday) absolutely loved this home! The layout is very unique and offers lots of privacy with multi levels. The decor is absolutely beautiful! We had a few chilly days so really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. We noticed the house is nicely stocked with board games, books and beach accessories. The highlight for me - the absolutely stunning sunsets almost every night. What a view! We are already planning to return to this beautiful home in 2025."

"House was convenient to town and the pool was great to have for the kids. The view of the sound made up for no view of the ocean, and the trade-off of a longer distance to the beach just meant more fun bike rides. The bedroom set-up also worked perfectly for the two families. And the cozy upper tv room was the perfect workspace when one of us had a class or work call."

"This was our first time visiting the OBX and our house was perfect! The pool was the highlight of the house for us. The house is also really close to the beach and within walking distance to town! Our children spent a lot of time in the 'crows nest' which gave the adults some much needed quiet time. We already booked our stay for next year!"

"Very nice home...great location...close to town and beach. Some small things would go a long way in this home. A working grill (impossible to control temp on the Weber), screens that were intact, a clean screened porch, and vacuuming the pool midweek when midges are around. All in all, we were very happy...great common space and good bedrooms. We made memories to last a lifetime."
