Located directly on the oceanfront, stunning ocean views and refreshing salty breezes are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. With a contemporary coastal aesthetic as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor common spaces, this modern beach house is sure to please your entire family.
The beautiful ocean view greets you as you enter the great room on the top level. Kick back and relax in the comfortably furnished living area and watch TV or simply gaze out of the windows at the sparkling ocean. The well-appointed kitchen is as attractive as it is functional, featuring a gas stove, island with seating, and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. Enjoy family meals with a view in the oceanfront dining area. There is an oceanfront sitting room, comfortably furnished and perfect for relaxing with a good book or putting together a puzzle throughout your stay. Just next to the sitting room, there is a den that offers a quiet place with a desk to check in with school or the office, as well as a table and chairs that can be used to play a hand of cards. Outside, the spacious sun deck is the perfect place to relax at any time of the day. Enjoy your morning coffee with a stunning sunrise over the ocean, or watch the waves roll in while you sip an afternoon beverage. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
Three additional master bedrooms can be found on the home’s second floor. Each master bedroom includes a private bathroom and one of the master bedrooms has access to the deck. Play foosball or catch up on your favorite TV show in the sitting area, which also includes a desk that can be used for checking in with work during your vacation. The sitting area offers access to the covered oceanfront deck. The covered deck is spacious and the perfect place to enjoy lunch outside. Another great place to catch up on your favorite shows is the comfortably furnished den, which features a large TV and an electric fireplace. In the final common area on the second floor, there is a kitchenette with a full refrigerator as well as a beverage refrigerator so that snacks and cold drinks can always be available when popping back to the house from the beach. Just outside the sliding door, there is a private walkway to the beach directly from the home. The neighborhood of Sanderling offers an outdoor community pool, tennis courts, a boat ramp, and access to the Currituck Sound. Your family will return home relaxed and refreshed after a stay at “Four Buoys and a Gull” in Duck!
