I felt so fortunate that owners shared this amazing home. I loved how clean and updated it was (guessing all had been recently done as kitchen and master bath, etc. appeared to have not gone through a full summer of renting yet?) I had not been to the Outer Banks in some time (my children still return each year with their father but unfortunately, not in my divorcee budget quite as easily.) I would love to be able to budget for another off-season "luxury" since I have the ability to work remotely now so still got in almost a full week and got to take advantage of the therapeutic benefits of the Outer Banks (which I have desperately missed!!) Thank you all!

Is this directly on the water? I checked the Map looking for B914 and the Map only went as high as B910 I just wanted to be sure of the location/address so I could check the drive hours as well as proximity and privacy on beach. Thank you so much :)
Kylie, B914 is an oceanfront home. The physical address is 144 Skimmer Way, Duck, NC 27949. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Are there any board games in the house and what can we expect regarding dishes, pots, pans, etc? Do we need to bring our own towels and wash cloths?

Hi, can you tell me if you have a Keurig or regular coffee pot? I was also wondering if the home has DVD players?
Great question, Toby! B914 currently provides a standard drip style coffee maker. Every Twiddy home guarantees at least 1 DVD player.

Hi there. Can you tell me how far is the community pool and tennis court we can use if we reserve this home? Are they within walking distance? Many thanks
Gustavo, the Sanderling pool and tennis facility is about 3/4 of a mile north of this home, and there is a bike path for walking or cycling. This link to the local directional map will show where they are in relation to one another: www.twiddy.com/maps/pdfs/sanderling.pdf

Will be down 2 weeks from now. I am a BBQ nut and will be doing my own BBQ pretty much every day down there. The pics show what appear to be a barrel style charcoal grill outside. Is this in fact the grill that is there and what condition is it in?
We look forward to your arrival, Kris! You are correct, the grill you see in picture #30 of the slideshow is what is currently waiting for you at the Dutt Inn. This home offers both a BBQ Charcoal as well as a Gas grill. Don't forget your sauces and spices!
