The great room offers a children's area, complete with a kid-size dining table! Located on a cul-de-sac in the community of Port Trinitie, the family will enjoy close proximity to the community pool and tennis courts. Port Trinitie is located just north of Duck Village, which offers unique shopping, dining, coffeehouses, a biking/jogging path, and more.

"This house was very nice. The upper floor, which is the living space, was very open and airy and large enough for our large family to have room. We loved the kids play area and it got a lot of use by our 4 toddler grandchildren. The pool was very nice - it had a nice mix of sun and shade. The very best part of the house was location. The short walk (one house from the public boardwalk) was so wonderful with the small children. The bedroom mattresses were not terribly comfortable. There was no bathroom on the ground floor for the games room and only one bathroom that had a communal access. This was a bit of a problem with our large family. Some of the blinds had been destroyed and needed replacing. All and all it was a very nice experience."

"Location to beach access is great! This home has views of the ocean; the hot tub and pool are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and the additional refrigerator on the ground level helps with overflow. We enjoyed the puzzles and arcade and fooseball. We did not use the outside shower however due to the amount of bugs. Wish that the bug issue was better managed inside and out."
