Located near the ocean, the "Duckshire" is the place to create the memories of a lifetime. Enjoy watching the sunrise from the ships watch, which has views of the Atlantic on the horizon. Take a dip in the community pool, or enjoy afternoon refreshments on the comfortably furnished screened porch. Easy beach access will make sunbathing, swimming and beachcombing a breeze. Plus, all bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

"We loved all of the extras at the Duckshire! The homeowners included beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a wagon for getting your stuff to and from the beach, a large cooler, and picnic supplies (some paper plates and bowls and plastic silverware) that we could use. They also had baskets of beach toys and volleyballs to borrow. The kitchen was well stocked and the cupboards and drawers were labeled well. They had a bulletin board in the dining area with helpful info. There were lots of games and puzzles available. The beach was about a 3-4 minute walk from the beach house (there were no stairs to cross over the dune so we could easily use the wagon for our stuff) and it was pretty private (at least when we were there). The community pool was also about a 4-5 minute walk from the beach house and it was fantastic (it's chlorinated, though, not salt water as stated on the website)! It looked nice and ranged from 3' deep to 5' deep. There were lounge chairs around the pool and two different covered areas with picnic tables under them. There were also bathrooms available. The whole pool area was clean and kept up well. We are so happy with our stay in this Twiddy home and would love to come again!"
