"The location and layout of the home."

"The house is well designed in certain respects. The elevator has two doors 90 degrees apart which makes unloading on different floors easier. Two refrigerators and two dish washers are a benefit. The pool is larger than many others. The kitchen counter space is ample, and the second small faucet and sink in the island is a helpful touch. There are enough pillows and throw blankets so everyone can be comfortable. The beds are good. But there are downsides that are not found in other homes in the same price range."

"This house is nice with good amenities especially in the kitchen. Love proximity to town. We have stayed several years there - needs: shade or something in kitchen. Blinding sun for dinner works. Also needs shades or something between new house that was built. No privacy in family room nor dinner table."

"Love the location (mid-beach between public cross-over) and the views of a beachfront home. 2x dishwashers, 2xrefrigerators are both very nice! We had a very nice week (though HOT), forgot to capture a note in the owners book, but they should know we like their house (with the comments that follow in consideration...)"

"Home was beautiful, and had all the amenities you would need. Perfect location to shopping and restaurants. If I had to suggest improvements it would only be new washer and dryer and higher chairs on the deck. But would definitely rent this home again."

"The home is beautiful and laid out well for multiple families (nice open living room / kitchen area and huge dining table). The 2 refrigerators and dishwashers are a nice addition to the well-stocked kitchen! The pool area is lovely and the hot tub is a plus. The kids love the movie room and the adults love the bar area. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and we can't wait to go back!"

"Double dishwashers and fridges were amazing. The view and beach access made it so easy to go where the tide and moment took us. Lots of outside chairs to take it all in. Location couldn't be beat. Pool was a great size and the hot tub got used a ton!"

"The layout is perfect! We really like that there are no bedrooms on the first level. Many homes have only the bunkbeds on the first floor. We prefer to have our little ones on the same level as adult bedrooms because of safety - an ocean and a pool is very appealing to little ones who may wake up before their adults. The views and sunrises are spectacular!"

"Ohana Cabana is a wonderful vacation home! I stayed with two friends but the home would accommodate a much larger crew. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Plenty of dishes including child friendly plastic dishes, utensils, serving dishes, storage containers, pots, pans, bake ware, and small appliances. Rooms comfortable, well furnished. Nice having three masters with access to ocean side decks. Home is clean and well maintained. Elevator a plus for moving in and out as well as for members who may have mobility challenges. Location absolutely amazing - beach front, easy walk to Duck shopping and board walk, close to restaurants and parks and trails. Game room, theater room, pool, and hot tub."

"This was an amazing week in an amazing home. My sons and their kids had fun in the pool room. The media room was a family gathering place. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner in that amazing kitchen with my daughter in laws was really fun. Two refrigerators, two ovens, two dish washers, and two trash cans was a pleasant surprise. My sons had fun fishing in the back of the house. My seven grandkids ranging in ages from 9 to 1 had fun playing on the beach. The location was awesome. We walked into town every day and loved the Duck donuts. It was a week my family will always cherish."

We enjoyed playing pool and soaks in the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and was large enough for our family. This was the best beach vacation our family has had."

"This is a beautiful well equipped home in a fantastic location. The owners put a lot of thought into providing everything a family might want on vacation. The bed in the loft actually is a “bedroom”, which was a bonus. The only slight negative was the pool. It could use some sprucing up. Loved our stay here."

"This was our second time visiting Ohana Cabana, and it was just SO lovely. The homeowners seem to care deeply about the property and continue to make investments. This time we got to use a beautiful new grill, enjoy new games, but overall the house is just a perfect layout, location, size, and perfectly outfitted for everything from a rainy day to a perfect beach day. We have made wonderful memories with our 2 little boys, and cant wait to return."

"Ohana Cabana (B302) is a very nice vacation home. We have stayed there every year since it was built (finished in 2009). The owners have kept the home up nicely - each year we see improvements they have made, and this year was no exception. We hope to return in 2021 for our 13 consecutive year."
