"The house was so close to all the shopping and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating for all guests. Having the fenced in front yard was great for our dog."

"It has everything— plenty of room, very nice sized pool, pool table/game room, lots of pool equipment and beach chairs, etc. it also has a well equipped kitchen and in a very good location. Great for a family vacation."

"We had a wonderful week! The house had everything we wanted. Can’t think of anything it didn’t have! Lovely neighborhood and Duck had it all! . Appliances were all updated and nice. Close to beach and shops. Beach gear a plus! Beach lifeguard was a benefit too. The pool was a very nice size and was a great retreat. Really loved the pool and hot tub with the bathroom too! Pool service was very good. Quite private too. Great seating for the decks! Husband loved the hammock! Everything was very convenient. Very comfortable living for a family. Thank you so much!"

"Just Ducking Lucky is in great shape. The home looks better in person than in the pictures which I thought looked good to begin with. Some of the furniture has been updated, stainless steel appliances have been put in and there is a new large flat screen above the fireplace. The hot tub is in the pool area against the house, which is not readily known from their pictures. It sits 7 people and appears very new. The pool filtration system works great, keeping the water very clean for our entire trip. The only thing I would change/add is back decking to the home. I wish we could of walked from the upper levels of the house right outside to the pool. Wonderful home and we would stay again."

"This home is gorgeous. The owner or owners spared no expense decorating. It is an immaculate property. The bathrooms are in pristine shape. The bedrooms are also very roomie. The kitchen has ever pan and gadget you could ever want for. There is a lot of seating. The chairs on the upper deck are gorgeous they even have a high top table on the upper deck. The family room has beautiful claw foot game table. This home is in tip tip shape."
