"We really liked the reverse osmosis water faucet! It's hard to make a good cup of coffee or tea with beach water. The house was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool table, the adults loved the covered area by the pool, and the kitchen, dining, and living areas were just right. Also, we liked being able to have a short walk into town, and the beach wasn't too far."

"The owners did a wonderful job anticipating our needs. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and even things we hadn’t thought of needing. We are a 3 generational family of 5 adults and 5 children ages 5-10. The pool was an excellent escape from the afternoon heat. The house is large enough for all to get together or to be in a quiet space alone if wanted. Not having to bring sheets and towels was a major plus for us. There was even a filter on the water for drinking. The location of the house is a major plus, 3 blocks from beach and 2 from the shops. Coming from Delaware, we weren’t sure if the spiders were a regional thing or not. There were quite a few, but we managed to coexist while enjoying the shade the trees provided. For me, person in charge of making reservations, Twiddy was the highlight. I’ve dealt with agencies all down the East Coast and Twiddy wins all honors. They answer questions before and after in detail. A phone call is answered before the third ring by a real knowledgeable person. The emails throughout the year are so helpful. We all shed a tear having to leave at the end of the week and haven’t stopped talking about the BEST VACA EVER!! Thanks to all involved in making this happen for the Anderson/ Davison family.!! Needless to say we have booked the same house for next year and can’t wait to go back."

"This was our second summer at the house. We love the location within a quick walk to center of Duck and the beach. The house is very nicely equipped and furnished and maintained. The kids were in the pool continuously and they had a great time, even sometimes when it was raining as the storm was passing. The third floor room works great for us and everyone liked spending time in it, The kitchen is a good size, well laid out and well appointed with quality features. Twiddy does a good job making the logistics convenient and painless."
