"Clean, great location. well-stocked kitchen, all beds were comfortable, convenient hot tub, Echo devices were a nice touch. Had to replace a fill valve and a shut-off valve in the first floor half bath, but Twiddy and plumber were very responsive."

"This house was great. Not over the top scarface mansion style or 20 beds, just right for a family vacation. It's just my wife and I with our 3 teens and dog, so the size and layout was perfect. This is a single family house for sure, not multi family. The heated pool functioned flawlessly the whole week. The owners obviously love CocoDuck and it shows in every detail of the house from condition to furniture. The 3rd floor master had the most comfortable matress we ever had in any rental house we have ever stayed at and that's since 2002 every area from Corova to Avon. This was our 3rd time in Duck. Twiddy is top notch. The only downside of the whole vacation was that we only had a week in CocoDuck. For Duck, the location is perfect. If this house was beach front it would have been too far to regularly walk into town. Any closer to 12 and would be a hike to the beach."
"We enjoyed all of the amenities and we enjoyed being in Duck. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed accessing the beach and the lovely shops. With just two people, the property was much more than we needed, but we would recommend our families with children to come. The price was reasonable, but we understand that in high season it is much more expensive. We wouldn’t come back at this time as we couldn’t enjoy the pool and ocean. Overall, we were very happy to have come. The furniture and amenities were very tasteful and it is a lovely home."

"This home was beautiful, comfortable, clean. The furniture was very comfy and the home's kitchen was very well stocked, even a Keurig! The sunroom doubled as a toy room for my grandsons and with the TV they were able to be occupied in the morning without disturbing adults who were sleeping in (they were up every morning by 6.) The pool was wonderful and warm. The hot tub was large and comfortable. The porch swing, delightful. TV's in every room which made my TV addicted family very happy. The dining room table was large enough for all 12 of us. The home is perfection. The only thing missing is a broom to better pick up the sand from the short walk, bike ride, or golf cart to the beach! We LOVED it! Thanks for sharing your home."
