On the top floor of the home, the great room is open and airy, with many windows that allow natural light to fill the space. Relax in the comfortably furnished living area and watch TV or simply conversate with loved ones. A gas fireplace is available for use during the chillier months of the year. For those who need to check in with work or school, a desk is provided in the great room. Play a hand of cards or put together a puzzle together on the table in the living area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for your entire family. Two dishwashers make cleanup a breeze. Family meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table, which seats 20, with two tables on adjacent porches that seat 4 each. Additional barstool seating is available at the kitchen island. Outside, you have several choices on where to relax. The sun deck, which offers horizon views of the ocean, features Adirondack chairs and built-in benches. There are two screened porches, perfect for relaxing at any time of day or night. In the master bedroom on the top level, you’ll find a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a gas fireplace, and access to the deck. There is a half bathroom on the third floor as well.
There are four master bedrooms on the middle level of the home, each with a private bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have access to the covered deck. An additional screened porch is also available on the second floor. The final two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One of the ground floor bedrooms is a master, with a private bathroom. The other ground floor bedroom has a semi-private bathroom that opens to the hallway as well.
The game room on the first floor will host many evenings of fun. Gather around the pool table for some friendly competition, or simply lounge on the couch and watch a movie. There is a wet bar nearby so drink refills and snacks can be readily available. Laundry facilities can also be found on the ground floor of the home.
Step outside to your own private oasis! Take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply chill out poolside. There is a grassy area that everyone in your group will enjoy. When you get hungry or thirsty, head over to the poolside bar for refreshments and a break from the sunshine. After dark, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub while gazing up at the stars in the night sky.
Enjoy a walk or short bike ride to the beach or to Duck Village, as “Takitezie” is centrally located in the Four Seasons community.
