"Nice house. Great for large groups! Beautiful ocean views. That backyard needs to be cleaned and painted. The flies were really bad we were unable to eat in the grill area. Also deck furniture and beach gazebo furniture is weathered needs to be updated. Some of the mattresses feel old. Kitchen was nicely redone and perfectly set up to prepare family meals every night. Kitchen also had all the supplies! There were spiders all over the backyard and two cockaroaches were found in the house. The beach cabana service is nice but the beach can get super crowded have to set your things up early to ensure an ocean front spot!"

"The location was great. You could walk Almost anywhere. The kitchen was well appointed for all 21 of us. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms plus 3 extra half baths! The kids loved all the game rooms plus the theatre room!! Lots of soccer games were watched in the theatre room on the big screen!!! Also loved that 6 beach chairs and two umbrellas were set up on the beach for us everyday!! Two outdoor grills allowed us to cook all our food at the same time!! And lots of volleyball was played!! All in all, great house to spend a week in with our kids and grandkids!!"

"The location is terrific. Ocean front, beautiful community and within walking distance of the Duck shops and restaurants. Every bedroom in the house has it's own bathroom (a big factor in our decision). We also loved the many gathering areas (main living room, mid-level sports bar, pool house, gazebo, and more). The house has many powder rooms and laundry facilities as well. Kitchen well supplied with ice machines on every level."

"We stayed at this house ten years ago, and were so excited to return ten years later to the same house. It is updated and still gorgeous. We have so many new wonderful memories to add to our previous ones. It is large, well planned (two laundry rooms!!!) comfortable furniture and beautiful ocean views. Hopefully we will be back much sooner than ten years! Thank you, Owners, for letting us stay in your lovely home :)"
"The home was aesthetically beautiful and plentifully stocked. The beds and pillows were comfortable and as always, cleaned to Twiddy standards. We loved the pool and hot tub and we spent as much time there as we did the beach. The Home has more TVs than we could ever possibly use! We loved the game rooms and used them nightly. The elevator was so convenient for bringing groceries upstairs, that was a huge bonus. We had a wonderful vacation which included an engagement on the beach. Memories were made there."

"Great location on ocean. Beautiful sunrises out the backdoor and easy bike ride across the street for sunsets. Volleyball, pool and beach kept kids and adults entertained all day! Pool table and movie room was fantastic for evening entertainment! No need to even leave the house."
