"The kids (6 to 16) were very well entertained by all the table games: air hockey, shuffle board, arcade game, ping pong, soccer game. They loved the pool also. One family member enjoyed the sauna every day. We loved the set up of beach umbrellas and chairs every morning. Lots of table space for games and puzzles. The theater room was nice for a quiet break from the beach and pool."

"Royal Bahamian was fantastic. We experienced challenges that any beach house rental comes with (1 fridge wasnt working - there are 4 that were working though!). Ice maker on top level wasnt working and that would have been a nice addition but basement icemaker covered our needs. Overall the kitchen was by far the best appointed kitchen of any beach house my family has ever rented. It was impressive! The pool and sauna was great, dune top cabana was amazing. Loved the chair and umbrella service. Overall this was an excellent trip - next time we will order less rain and more sunshine. Thanks for a great relaxing vacation!"

"Lovely home in the perfect location. Spacious and comfortable with everything a family would need on a vacation. 5 refrigerators, three dishwashers, all the dishes, glassware cooking utensils, comfy beds and furniture. The highlight for all of us was the elevator for the three stories and the gazebo on the dunes near the ocean was amazing 🤩 we loved this beautiful house 🏠"
"Loved being right on the beach and the enclosure with chairs was perfect because we had little babies who were too small to go on the beach. Older kids loved the air hockey and air shuffleboard and of course the pool. So many amenities!! Adults loved the multiple fridges, dishwashers and a completely stocked kitchen (for utensils, cooking pots, etc. anything we needed!!)."
"Home layout worked well for our family, but was disappointed with the number of broken items, and needed maintenance on the home - left a list of items needing attention with Twiddy technician that came out to the house to check on broken shower on the back deck. Kitchen appliances were poor for an upscale home."

"The Royal Bahamian is perfect for our annual family reunion summer beach vacation. The amenities are great and there's plenty of room for all twelve of us. The house is well maintained and Twiddy management does a great job of managing it for the owner(s)."
