The new pavilion includes a built-in gas grill, beverage refrigerator, soapstone prep/serving counter and built-in soapstone dining table that seats ten.

The living area offers both comfort and coastal sophistication, featuring a gas fireplace to keep you cozy during cooler times of the year. Across the room, the kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, featuring high-end appliances, including two dishwashers, generous counter space, and everything needed to cook, entertain, or savor your morning coffee with a view. The nearby dining area offers a perfect setting for enjoying family meals with a stunning view. Out on the deck, enjoy the peaceful serenity of the sound as you relax with your favorite beverage and soak up the sunshine. On the ground floor, the rec room offers additional hangout zones, perfect for movie nights, quiet reading corners, or evenings gathered around the pool table. There is a wet bar with a full refrigerator, ensuring snacks and drinks are readily available in both the rec room and the pool area.
Ripple has five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each a restful retreat after a day in the sun. Three master suites offer stunning sound views, deck access, and private bathrooms, while two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom make the home perfect for multi-generational families or groups of friends. The home features many extras throughout, including a premier audio system and a Tesla EV charger.
