Questions & Answers
are motor boats allowed at piers
Joann, the sound can be pretty shallow at times and not suitable for larger water craft. The tide/water level changes daily. The closest public boat ramp is located in Corolla at Heritage Park, however, they do not allow overnight parking for trailers.

Do we need to bring sheets,etc..beach towels
Great question Diane, Bed and bath linens are provided for this home. Beds (except trundles, top bunks, Futons, rollaways and sleep sofas) are made the day of arrival. Bath linens consist of one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth for each person (based on the advertised bedding), one bath mat for each full bathroom and two kitchen towels. You will want to bring your own beach towels.

how far is ocean beach from house? Can you ride bikes to the beach?
Great questions, Carroll! Unfortunately, we do not have exact measurements on distance to the beach for any of our homes. Four Seasons has community beach accesses on the north and south boundaries of the community. To view them on our Subdivision Aerial Map, please visit www.twiddy.com/aerials/aerial-sea-acres.aspx. It’s approximately an 10 minute walk from BFS130 and an even shorter bike ride. If you are vacationing Memorial Day to Labor Day, you can also take advantage of the community trolley. It drops guests off at the community pool and beach access. Just wave to the driver to catch a ride.
