"Heaven Sent" is the perfect, coastal home that is just a few steps to the beach in the sought-after Four Seasons neighborhood. The home offers five bedrooms, which is an ideal size for two to four families. As a third-row house that is close to the beach access walkway, you are never far from the beach or the Four Seasons community outdoor pool. The home has enjoyable amenities as well - the private pool, hot tub, and volleyball court just to name a few.
The top level offers an open gathering space, dining area and a kitchen that is perfect for getting meals ready for your family! The master bedroom on this level is a retreat in its own, offering a private, attached bathroom with a soaking tub.
The mid-level offers more bedrooms, including one master bedroom with a private attached bathroom. A den on this level is another option for hanging out or taking a quiet moment to enjoy a book. The covered decks are a great way to spend the day outside, without being in the sun. The lower level is home to the game room with a seating area, TV and game/card/puzzle table. The final bedroom is on this level, along with access to the gated pool area and hot tub. Enjoy your time poolside or on the decks with the many Adirondack chairs.

"Loved our stay! The house was well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a pancake griddle. Also has a keurig that I wished Twiddy had told us about - I asked, but they said there was only a standard coffee pot. Having the grill on the kitchen level made grilling so much easier. Kids loved the basketball net. I’d def stay here again. Quick walk to the beach…this year Duck didn’t allow for the beach set-ups which turned out to be good since the beach is a little more narrow here - left plenty of room to find a spot. If there was one thing I could suggest, it would be to have a larger grill & it would be great to have a metal spatula for the grill. Overall, a wonderful house to rent! Can’t wait to go back again!"
"Our vacation was everything and more,the home was clean from top to bottom. If we had any problems the owner and Twiddy response quickly. The beach and shopping area was in walking distance. We're already to do a rental for next year. This is the second time I stayed at this home, the last time my fiance & I vacation in 2015. Sad to say he'd past away during that year. This year the New owner updated the home with new appliances. Also hot tub moved near the pool, and second and ground floor redesigned. I like to take this opportunity to tell the owner thank you for the amazing stay at his home. May everyone who visits or rent this home have the same experience as we did."

Jeannine, Thanks for your honest feedback. This is helpful as we continue to update the house. We are working to bring it up to higher standards, We purchased the house last year and have done major renovations to paint the exterior, refinish the pool deck, add new sofas, replace the hot tub, add 8 flat-screen TVs, and many other changes. This fall /winter we are going to paint many of the rooms, resurface the pool, add a pantry, add deck and pool furniture, replace some beds, and more!
"Nice modern home with pool and hot tub in crowded but well-maintained Four Seasons development. Crowded beach but home was pleasant. Minor improvements would make the home even more enjoyable (more hooks at outside shower and in bathrooms, more pantry space in kitchen, a free closet on bottom floor, easier AV systems with bluetooth). Definitely need to head to beach by 7am to claim a spot at this house (not an issue in some other communities)."
Hello John, Thank you for the review of the rental home "Heaven Sent" in Duck. I really appreciate the comments about how to improve the home and I will definitely add more shower hooks and add storage capacity in the kitchen and ground floor. We're working with the AV provider to simplify the system, it was just upgraded this year. Finally - sorry I can't fix the crowded beaches! If I could I would. But I am doing my best to make the house as good as possible. Thank you again, Gerry
