"We have rented many houses through the years in the Four Seasons Community, and Golden Memories is by far the best. The home is very nicely decorated and modern. It is evident in every single room that the owners take care of this home. The highlights… The home is on a large corner lot, that provides a lot of privacy. The kitchen is very large and has everything you need to cook full meals. It is well kept and clean. The screened in porch was enjoyed every night we ate in. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, most having access to a beautiful deck. The beds are very comfortable! The house boosts many decks, so that at any time of day you can have shade or sun. A bonus is you can see the sunrise over the ocean from the top decks. The pool is large and very well maintained, as is the hot tub. All the deck and pool furniture are top of the line. We enjoy the firepit outside. It’s a perfect place to sit around with family and talk about the day, and share memories. The home is in walking distance to downtown Duck, and the beach. We will be staying here again!! It is the perfect place to make memories with your family and friends."
"This Vacation Home was very well decorated which gave it a cozy feeling. We really loved the layout, the house had everything we could want. The porches were very nice off of every bedroom. There was a large hammock and a wonderful swing on the front porch. There was also a fire pit which we also used one of the nights. The pool was very large and had enough chairs and loungers around the pool area. If we go back to Duck I would love to stay at the same place because it was so nice. Great time at this house."

"This house is perfect! We’ve been renting in Duck for years and this house was by far the best! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want or need to prepare and serve anything! House was spotless and beautifully decorated! The air conditioning and the ceiling fans kept the house chilled which was perfect for our 90 degree + week! The kids had their own hangout spot on the 1st floor and the pool is extremely private. Highly recommend!"

"This is our second stay in Golden Memories. It's a beautiful home, spacious, well decorated, and updated. Just a quick walk to the beach, or the shopping in duck. Literally, the only negative thing I can say is the cable channels are hard to figure out. Otherwise, well be staying again!"
"Our stay at Golden Memories was everything we needed, and wanted. The house was spotless upon arrival, we had zero issues with check-in or out. The location of the home was perfect for exploring Duck by foot, and not a long walk to the beach access. We did spend most of our time at the pool. It's a great size, and plenty of chairs and seating both on the decks, and by the pool. We also had a snooze in the hammock too. We thought the home was beautifully decorated, and well cared for. The touches of family and dog photos made it feel like our own home. Thank you for a beautiful stay, we've already booked for next year."
