This Outer Banks vacation home is fully equipped to have you “Feelin’ TipSea!” Unpacking the car is made easy with the elevator that stops at all three floors. Upon arriving on the top floor, you’ll notice the light and open great room with cozy seating. The spacious kitchen will accommodate several people, making meal preparation a breeze. Eat at the large dining table, a smaller table near the living area, countertop stools in the kitchen, or choose to dine outdoors in the screened porch. There is a master bedroom on this level, which features a private bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. A half bathroom completes the top level.
The middle level is a combination of bedrooms and common areas. There are three master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. An additional bedroom and full bathroom are also on the middle level. The spacious den with deck access offers another common space for relaxing and watching a show. Laundry facilities are located on the mid-level for convenience. The lower level was designed for afternoon and evening hangouts. Have hours of fun around the pool table in the rec room. A kitchenette with a full size fridge is included in this room to keep snacks and drinks readily available. This level also includes two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. In addition, there is one bedroom and a full bathroom. A second laundry room is available for use on the lower level.
From the rec room, step outside to the pool area for some fun in the sun. Take a dip in the private pool, or relax on one of the lounge chairs and watch the kids play. Have a restorative soak in the hot tub after the sun sets for the evening. The gated community of Four Seasons offers a plethora of community amenities to take advantage of. There is a trolley that travels throughout the community in-season that will take you to and from the beach accesses and community facilities. Also featured is an outdoor community pool, clubhouse with indoor pool, fitness center, game room, tennis courts, basketball court, playground and soundside pier. There’s no doubt you’ll be “Feelin’ TipSea” after a fun OBX vacation at this spectacular home!
