"Great location and perfect spot for sunset views! The kitchen was a good size and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Things to make this house even better - outdoor dining table on upper deck, shade area near pool, and a dock. The sound access is too rocky. We ended up using adjacent community dock to launch our kayaks."

"The home was perfect for our first time to the Outer Banks. It was very comfortable. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had own private bathroom. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The sunset views were awesome looking out on the sound. We rented a golf cart which made beach accessibility very good with small children. Pools were nice. There are lots of stairs which was difficult with small children. Gates did not work well to block the stairs but we made it work. Faucet in kitchen had a slight drip and cushions on couch would not stay on. Other than that a very nice place and would definitely go back."

"The house is so pretty, roomy and clean. The large 3rd floor open living area has windows that spread across the front that made for a beautiful view of the Sound. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location, being able to walk to the Duck boardwalk and restaurants."

"Staying on the Sound is a great pleasure - so beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the boats and the birds and especially the Osprey family whose nest was close by. The house is comfortable, and we really appreciate being able to bring our dog. She enjoyed her walks across the street and on the pathway to the ocean. It's also great to be so close to the restaurants in Duck."
