Seize the day and enjoy a week's vacation relaxing in this impressive home in Duck's premiere Four Seasons neighborhood. Carpe Diem is located on a beautiful cul-de-sac that borders one of the two walking paths that lead to the ocean. Perfectly situated between the ocean and the quaint town of Duck, you can walk to either in just a few minutes. When you've had enough of the surf and the sun or shopping in town, you can lounge in the shaded yard and enjoy the private pool and hot tub. Pride in ownership is obvious in this home, where hopefully you will find all you need to create wonderful vacation memories. There are four master bedrooms with a King bed - one on the top level and three on the mid-level. Each of these masters has their own bathroom and access to the decking outside. You can also find a second living area on the mid-level which allows for separation from the gathering rooms above to play games, watch movies, or just read. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with double-bed bunk beds. Both rooms share one full bath. This level also offers a game room with a pool table and bar area for ease in serving food and drinks outside.

"This home has everything my family needs. A beautiful pool with gorgeous landscaping that gave everyone a tremendous feeling of calm and the cabana was used by us everyday and evening. There was plenty of parking. A fabulous pool table for the enjoyment of everyone. The 2nd level has a sitting area with tv, coffee maker, couch and a table for the enjoyment of everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked with coffee makers, blenders, wine cooler and a table large enough to accommodate our guests. The center island is a dream. We can't say enough about this home. We've already booked it for next year."

"Carpe Diem was spacious for a large group with furniture that accommodated that! The long table and ample outdoor furniture was great for our group. The beds were comfy and the pool area was perfectly laid out for sitting in the hot tub and watching the kids swim. The bonus “room” on the second level was a great hangout for the kiddos. Location was excellent, right off the bike/walking path to the beach (about a 8-10 minute walk) and on a culdesac which made it easier for the kids to bike/scoot while the adults packed up for the beach each day. Excellent home for a group with kids!"
