Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from this well-appointed home, just one home off the ocean and steps from the beach access. Situated on a cul-de-sac in the award-winning, gated, ocean-to-sound community of Four Seasons, this beach retreat provides guests access to a clubhouse with a heated indoor community pool, fitness center, and game room, outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball court, playground, and seasonal trolley. The walkable town of Duck has a six-mile multi-use pathway and an 11-acre park that hosts seasonal family-friendly events, live music, and exercise programs. A mile-long Soundside boardwalk connects the park to waterfront shops and dining.
This amazing, well-maintained home offers 10 bedrooms and 11 baths, giving your family and friends all the space they need. Eight of the ten bedrooms offer a private attached bath for the ultimate privacy and convenience.
Step inside the first level of this welcoming home. The recreation room features a pool table, an arcade machine with 60 games, a skeeball machine, comfortable seating for lounging and TV, and a full kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Immediately outside the recreation room is an outdoor ping pong table on a covered porch. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has a handicap-friendly attached bath and is adjacent to the main entrance and the elevator.
The middle level of the home boasts six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Five of the bedrooms on this level have direct access to decks. One bedroom has an attached nursery and is adjacent to two rooms that could easily be used by younger family members.
The heart of the home is on the open, spacious third floor, with wide-plank pine floors. The kitchen is a Chef’s delight, with granite countertops, a gas range, and all stainless-steel appliances, including three dishwashers. Start your day on the eastern deck with your coffee to catch a magnificent sunrise over the ocean, and then dine on the western screened porch, which overlooks the pool and spacious garden to view the sunset at the end of the day. Kick back and relax in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace. There are several indoor and outdoor spaces for lounging and dining.
The house offers laundry rooms on both the first and second levels. You’ll want to spend time outside the house, enjoying the large private saltwater pool and kiddie pool, hot tub, and large grass area, which is great for family fun. Send the master grillers out to use the two large grills, which are professionally cleaned and maintained prior to each check-in.
