Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from “Carolina Blessing” in Duck! Located just one home off the ocean and steps from the beach access, this well-appointed home is situated on a cul-de-sac in the award-winning, gated, ocean-to-sound community of Four Seasons. This beach retreat provides guests access to a clubhouse with a heated indoor community pool, fitness center and game room, outdoor community pool, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball court, playground, and seasonal trolley. The walkable town of Duck has a six-mile multi-use pathway and an 11-acre park that hosts seasonal family-friendly events, live music, and exercise programs. A mile-long Soundside boardwalk connects the park to waterfront shops and dining.
This amazing, well-maintained home offers ten bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, giving your family and friends all the space they need. Eight of the ten bedrooms offer a private attached bathroom for the ultimate privacy and convenience.
Step inside the first level of this welcoming home. The recreation room features a pool table, an arcade machine with 60 games, a classic skeeball machine that will please guests from ages 3 to 93, and comfortable seating for lounging and TV as well as a full kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Immediately outside the recreation room is an outdoor ping pong table on a covered porch. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has a handicap-friendly attached bath and is located adjacent to the main entrance and the elevator.
The middle level of the home boasts six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Five of the bedrooms on this level have direct access to decks. One bedroom has an attached nursery and is adjacent to two rooms that could easily be used by younger family members.
The heart of the home is on the open and spacious third floor with wide plank pine floors. The kitchen is a Chef’s delight with granite countertops, a gas range, and all stainless steel appliances, including 3 dishwashers. Start your day with coffee on the eastern oceanfront deck to catch a magnificent sunrise over the ocean. At the end of the day, view the sunset while dining on the western screened porch which overlooks the pool and spacious garden. Kick back and relax in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during cooler months of the year. There are several spaces inside and out for lounging and dining.
The house offers laundry rooms on both the first and second levels. You’ll want to spend time outside of the house enjoying the large private saltwater pool and shallow area for kids to play, hot tub, and large grass area which is great for family fun. Send the master grillers out to use the two large grills to cook a grand family meal. Enjoy all that Duck has to offer with a stay at beautiful “Carolina Blessing!”

"We've been in this home for years and love the size and proximity to the beach. Plenty of upgrades over the past several of years (TVs, bedroom furniture, kitchen appliances. Ski-Ball, porch furniture) have made it even better. This year we were able to get into the house around 1pm which was greatly appreciated since we typically get on the island by noon and typically have to wait for hours. Also, appreciate the yummy pies that the owner brought on Sunday. Made for delicious snack / desert through the week."

Carolina Blessing is immaculately maintained and luxuriously appointed, it gave us so many options for comfort no matter the weather! We loved the hot tub under the stars and skee ball and pool in the game room made us feel like kids again! One chilly evening curled up by the fire place, hearing the wind and waves…knowing the wine frig was steps away was such a treat! I claimed the “look out” at the third floor landing as my “artist loft”! When we arrived we enjoyed the Four Seasons walking path! Box turtles, birds and geckos, oh my! Felt like a secret, just steps from the house to town and the beach! We look forward to sharing this Carolina Blessing with our family next year!
