A great family vacation is “Ashore Bet” at this nicely appointed beach house! Located just one home away from the beach, ocean views are available from this semi-oceanfront abode. With eight bedrooms and plenty of room for fun, both indoors and out, your family will love making memories at this nicely appointed home.
On the top level of the home, natural light fills the great room, which offers ocean views. Outside on the deck, you have the opportunity to sit back and enjoy the ocean view and salty breeze. Relax in the comfortably furnished living area and catch up with loved ones or watch TV. In the ship’s watch, you’ll find a table and chairs that are perfect for putting together a puzzle throughout your stay, or it can be used as additional dining space. A gas fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. The home’s elevator is a big help when unloading luggage and groceries. In the kitchen, you’ll find all equipment needed to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Two ovens are a big help when cooking for your entire group. Meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area nearby. Additional seating is available at the barstools at the kitchen counter. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes access to the deck as well as a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
On the second floor, there are four additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The den on the middle level is a great place to curl up with a good book or to catch up on your favorite TV show. There is deck access from the den for when you need some fresh air.
The final master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom, can be found on the ground floor. There are two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom on the first floor as well. The game room will surely be the fun place to hang out in the evenings, with the option to play at the pool table or to lounge around and watch TV. No matter which activity you choose, there is a kitchenette nearby so refreshments can always be available. In the laundry room, you’ll find two washers and two dryers.
Step outside to take a dip in the refreshing private pool. If you prefer to soak in the sunshine, there is a sun deck around the pool. Enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub, which is located in the pool area as well. The spacious poolside cabana is equipped with a wet bar and a mini-refrigerator, so there’s no need to run into the house for a beverage refill. The large backyard is the perfect place for the kids to run around and play.
The community beach walkway is conveniently located just one house over in the cul-de-sac. The gated community of Four Seasons offers many community amenities, including outdoor and indoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, and trolley service (during season). The community is located within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment in Duck Village. Making treasured vacation memories at this home is “Ashore Bet” for your family!
