It’s “Always Happy Hour” at this beach house in Duck! Located in the Four Seasons neighborhood, this home offers a variety of amenities, both at the home and within the community. This pet-friendly retreat comes with a fully fenced yard, so your furry friends can roam safely while you soak up all the laid-back summer vibes.
When you walk in, the great room greets you with bright, open space and many windows that let in natural light, making it the ideal spot to gather. The nearby living area offers a quieter corner for deep conversations or curling up with a good book. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with all the tools and appliances you need, whether you’re making pancakes for the kids or grilling up dinner. Right next to it, the dining area features a large table where meals stretch into storytelling and family bonding. Venture outside onto one of the third-floor decks, where you can choose to sit in the sun or in the shade. The sun deck overlooks the backyard and includes a large outdoor table for alfresco dining. Covered decks are also available on the second level of the home.
On the ground floor, the rec room is outfitted with an entertainment center and can serve as a second living area. Snacks and cold drinks are within easy reach in the nearby kitchenette.
Outside in the backyard, the private pool sparkles under the sky, and nearby, a hot tub invites you in for soothing soaks after sun-filled days. The volleyball court and basketball goal make for some friendly competition, complete with vacation bragging rights.
When it’s time to rest, the bedrooms feel like your own peaceful hideaways. On the top floor, there is one ensuite bedroom with a private bathroom. There are two additional ensuite bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom, and one of the bedrooms has access to the deck. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
The Four Seasons community is one of the most loved in the OBX, and for good reason: you get access to a clubhouse with a year-round indoor pool, a game room, a fitness center, plus outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, sidewalks throughout, a playground, and even a seasonal trolley.
When you’re ready to explore, you’re just a short, pleasant walk away from the delightful shops, restaurants, and charm of Duck Village.
