Tell your family and friends, this OBX vacation home is “Duckin’ Perfect!” Located in the Duck Landing community, this home is in the heart of Duck Village. Walk to the beach, or walk to all the shopping, dining, and activities that the town of Duck has to offer. Upon arriving at the home, you can enter on the ground level via dual covered entries in the carports. The top-level features a light and airy great room, with access to the wrap-around deck, with a screened porch. Relax with family on the comfortable furniture in the living area. Enjoy meals together in the adjacent dining area or dine al fresco out on the deck. The well-equipped kitchen is attractive, with granite countertops and a tile backsplash, and has plenty of room for multiple cooks to work. There is one master bedroom on the top level, which has its own private bathroom. A half bathroom is also included on the upper level for convenience.
The middle level consists of sleeping quarters. There are four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of the master bedrooms feature access to the covered decks. There is one additional bedroom on the ground level, as well as a full bathroom. The den with TV on the ground level serves as an additional common space, intended for relaxation. The backyard was designed with fun in mind. Splash around in the large private pool. Have a restorative soak in the hot tub. Play a game of volleyball on the sand vollyeball court.
