Looking for “A Change of Pace?” Kick back and relax at this delightfully appointed beach house! Located on the oceanside in a quiet neighborhood in Duck, the beach is a short walk from the home.
The great room on the top level of the home is sure to be the place where the entire family will gather. Enjoy time with loved ones in the living area, either planning the day’s activities or catching up on your favorite show. An electric fireplace is available for use during chillier months of the year. The small table and chairs in the living area is perfect for working on a puzzle throughout the week. A separate sitting area on the other side of the great room is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or to catch up on email. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals for a crowd, with two ovens, two dishwashers, and ample counter space. Kitchen countertop seating and the nearby dining table allow everyone to enjoy meals together. There is access to the sun decks from the great room. Grab a cup of coffee and catch your breath on the screened porch prior to heading outside for an exciting day. One master bedroom with a private bathroom can be found on the third floor of the home. A half bathroom completes the top level.
On the middle floor of the home, there are four additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is also a den with deck access on the middle level. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is a master, with a private bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom that opens to the pool area as well as the home. The rec room on the ground floor is sure to be the site of many evenings of fun. Gear up for some friendly competition at the pool table. The wet bar in the rec room features a full size refrigerator, so cold drinks can always be handy. From the rec room, step outside to the pool area for some fun in the sun. Practice your cannonball in the private pool, or simply lounge around in the sunshine around the pool. Enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub nearby.
