Colony By The Sea is an oceanfront condominium complex located in Duck that offers a swimming pool, tennis courts, on-site laundry facilities, central area for outdoor grilling and basketball courts. All units face the sea with ocean views and easy beach access. Each unit has a hall bath, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, counter seating, living area and private balcony facing the sea.

"We had a great stay at Bailey’s Bliss! We’ve stayed at our CBTS’s condos, but we loved that this one was on the first floor, perfect amount of stairs for a toddler. The view was great, quick and easy access to the beach and pool. The perfect parking spot next to the stairs for bringing things up and down. Great condo for a week in our favorite place!"
"The King-size bed was a delight. Lots of closet space with plenty of hangers (an amenity many units lack); lots of extra pillows and linens. Plenty of towel rods in both bathrooms, plus an actual first aid kit in one bathroom's medicine cabinet. Great deck furniture. Comfy ambience, and all-hardwood floors give the unit a clean feeling, because carpeting often absorbs humidity (leading to mildew) as well as other odors. Also, a very convieniently located parking spot! Overall, Bailey's Bliss was the best unit we have enjoyed in our nearly a decade of vacationing at Colony by the Sea in Duck, NC."
