For the 2025 season, Sea Lovers offers 4 Bedrooms, 2 Master Bedrooms and 3 Full and 1 Half bathrooms! A Queen master bedroom with a tiled shower was added to Level 1. The area under the Level 2 deck offers decking and a ceiling so that space can be used rain or shine as a lounging and dining area.
"Sea Lovers" offers you an escape from the demands of everyday life! Recently renovated and tastefully decorated and furnished to maximize your vacation experience, this charming four-bedroom home and expansive outdoor area provides many opportunities to play and relax.
The great room is the heart of the home, located on the second floor. Lounge with loved ones or watch TV in the comfortably furnished and renovated and expanded living area. During cooler months of the year, use the gas fireplace to warm up. When refreshments are needed, a beverage area is conveniently available in the living area. Enjoy preparing meals in the renovated kitchen, which is stocked with all necessary equipment. Gather in the nearby dining area for family-style meals. Barstool seating is also available at the kitchen peninsula.
On the ground floor of the home, there is a newly added large master bedroom with sitting area and private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Another master bedroom is available on the second floor, including a newly renovated private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and access to the screened in porch and deck. A half bathroom completes the middle level of the home.
On the third floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The top-level loft is the perfect place to curl up with a good book. Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool or soak in the large hot tub. The pool area also boasts an outdoor shower and half bathroom for your convenience. Choose from multiple areas to lounge or dine in sunshine or shade. The large deck overlooking the pool has plenty of seating and a pub table for a quick bite. The expansive area under the deck is waterproof and has a large cushioned sectional seating area and dining table that can be enjoyed rain or shine. The covered porch with cushioned swing and love seat provides a great place to sip your morning coffee, read a book or have a cocktail and watch the sunset on the nearby Currituck Sound. When you’re ready to get your toes in the sand, the community beach access is within walking distance.
