"Sea Lovers" offers you an escape from the demands of everyday life! Tastefully decorated and furnished to maximize your vacation experience, this charming cottage provides many opportunities to play and relax.
The great room is the heart of the home, located on the second floor. Lounge with loved ones or watch TV in the comfortably furnished living area. During cooler months of the year, use the gas fireplace to warm up. When refreshments are needed, a beverage area is conveniently available in the living area. Enjoy preparing meals in the kitchen, which is stocked with all necessary equipment. Gather in the nearby dining area for family-style meals. Barstool seating is also available at the kitchen counter. Outside, choose to sit in the sunshine or under the covered deck. One master bedroom is available on the second floor, including a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the middle level of the home.
On the third floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The top-level loft is the perfect place to curl up with a good book. On the ground floor of the home, there is one master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. Laundry facilities are also available on the ground floor.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool. In the evening, kick back and relax on the deck and watch the sky change colors as the sun sets on the nearby Currituck Sound. At the end of each day, head to the hot tub for a restorative soak before bed. When you’re ready to get your toes in the sand, the community beach access is within walking distance. Make treasured family memories during your getaway at “Sea Lovers” in Duck!

This fall we are doing some renovation that will include expanding the living room and kitchen, putting in a new kitchen, putting on a new and larger deck with a nice seating area underneath. And will be getting a much needed new dishwasher as well! "Very cute & well keep home. Loved the screen in porch. The swing on the other porch. The beds was so comfortable. The pump was down on our pool & it was very dirty due to that. I called Twiddy within seconds the pool guy was there. I think I would book this house again. We really enjoyed the stay. Just wish this house was closer to the ocean. But it was worth the walk. Peaceful neighborhood. Loved meeting new friendly people each day."

"A quaint little house that was perfect for our stay. It provided everything my partner and I needed for our spring getaway. The main road was not as loud as previous comments make it seem, but we stayed in the off season. The porch was great for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Bed was comfortable although extremely soft. The gas grill provided was clean and fired up easily, but bring your own grill utensils if you plan to use it as there were none we could find. All in all we really enjoyed our stay."

"Love, love, love this home. Very clean. Pool and hot tub are great. Best mattresses ever! Great location. Few light bulbs needed replacing. Duck Road was very, very noisey and loud. Moreso this year than last."
"For the price the home was great. I was disappointed in all the broke items found throughout the house when we arrived ( toilet seats, screen door, cabinets) but Twiddy did their best to come back and repair them. I also had to clean several areas of the house upon arrival which was disappointing. The sound machine recommended prior to our leaving was important as the traffic is loud in the front bedrooms. Mattresses were very comfortable. Overall was not a bad stay."

"This home had everything that we needed. It had a parking space for our muscle car, so that we could park it out of the elements for the night after a day of cruising for the OBX Rod and Custom Festival. The pool/hot tub area was large and clutter free. The home was spacious, bright and just the right size for what we needed. Furniture (including the beds) were very comfortable !! We loved all of the windows and doors to open for that fresh air and ocean sounds. Loved the sitting porch to watch the sun go down. Overall the home was perfect for us."
"The home is nice. Some of the appliances are showing their age. Refrigerator and dish washer need replaced soon. Due to Covid the blankets were left in closets just thrown on the floor not folded neatly for use. It’s very nice for summer with the pool. We went in the winter and enjoyed the sunsets and short walks to the beach. We would definitely stay again!"

"The house was very nice and well kept. Only a few minor complaints. The screen was torn off the screened in porch, the chain for the porch swing was rusted and very high off the ground, as well as the house is close to the road and it was noisy. it was our first obx trip however and we will be coming back. It is a very nice beach."

The location was perfect as well; close enough to the center of Duck and only a couple of miles from our favorite restaurant, The Paper Canoe.
