"Captain’s Quarters was a lovely home. The new build was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, and all of the beds were super comfy. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and the pool outside. We were close to the beach and could see the ocean from the east windows. Several of us even walked to Duck for shopping and ice cream! There is so much to compliment about this location. We would highly recommend for a stay in Duck."

"SO CLEAN! The home was incredibly clean and tidy. It was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and living room were excellent spaces to spend winding down at the end of the day for dinner and a movie. The middle floor had large well decorated bedrooms each with clean and well lit bathrooms. The den on the second floor was also nice, with a fantastic collection of books, wonderful to cuddle up with on the second floor porch hammock. The bottom floor was fantastic for a day of fun, rain or shine. The pool was absolutely beautiful. The Sonos outdoor speakers were an awesome addition I loved and used a lot. The location, halfway between the shore and the town of Duck, can’t be beat. This house would absolutely be my first pick when returning to the outer banks."

"The home was newer and beautiful. We loved the large kitchen and island as well as the rest of the great room. There were ocean views from the great room eastern window. We also loved that the home had 4 king bedrooms with private baths. The game room was very nice too and had a large bunk room and bathroom. The pool and hot tub were very nice too. Everything was clean and well taken care off. Thank you."

"The home was beautiful!Spacious & Well appointed with high end finishes. The bedrooms were all big enough to provide ample space and nicely appointed bathrooms but allowed additional space for more gathering spaces. Wonderful to have more than one family room where people could hang out for smaller chat groups or games or for a quiet moment alone to read, workout whatever! The backyard pool is perfect. We had some Hot tub fans too. Easy walk to the beach & the waterfront shops! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family."

"This home was fantastic. Very well designed, nicely decorated, stocked with almost every kitchen tool we wanted, beautiful pool, convenient to the beach, within a nice walking distance to shops in Duck. Extremely clean and well maintained. We chose the house based on seeing it as a new build and the floor plan (no photos when we selected it). We are so happy that it met and exceeded our expectations. The first day there we all agreed we wanted to rent it again in 2024 - which we have done. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us."

"Home was absolutely perfect! Brand new construction, gorgeously decorated and perfect location to the beach and town! We loved it! So much space to accommodate a large family or group and lots of living spaces so everyone has their own tv and place to unwind."

"Very Comfortable. Had everything we needed. That it had a view of the ocean was a pleasant surprise. We found it neat and clean and that's how we left it. Was reasonably priced and if it stays that way we would consider renting it in the future."
